Our platform has been proven to maximise clinical efficiency and patient adoption, safely and effectively support clinical teams with Long Term Condition management, and simplify pathways for QOF reviews.
Through enhanced patient engagement, we have achieved 86% patient adoption, and reduced the average time taken for a clinician to safely review a patient to just 4 minutes in SEL CCG, compared with 25 minutes via traditional pathways.
Virtual Ward for Clinicians
Our unique chatbot functionality, bespoke to the NHS, provides clinicians with an effective tool to easily and efficiently support their patients with a wide variety of Long Term Conditions (LTCs) through our Virtual Ward. We are also providing a Covid-19 specific version of the platform to NHS patients, as part of the UK Coronavirus response.
The ‘Virtual Ward’ view helps clinicians to track patient data and symptom progression to maintain ongoing patient care and support, flag patients with worsening symptoms and notify clinicians of a patient’s deteriorating health in real-time when not in a clinical setting.
Improving Outcomes
Patients provide their symptoms and vital signs through a user friendly and familiar interface, whilst our platform enables clinicians to remotely monitor their symptoms based on urgency, ensuring that the most unwell patients are flagged, prioritised and escalated for further care in the most appropriate clinical setting.

Our agile, modular approach supports customised configuration for all providers needs and can be adapted for all bespoke clinical pathways.
Deploying Doctaly Assist is a simple 5 step process, which can take as little as a week to complete, enabling rapid onboarding of patients.
The Virtual Ward is highly intuitive requiring little to no training for clinicians. Our team will work with you to develop your local standard operating procedures, which support you in successfully mobilising the service. Once live we also offer enhanced go-live support to ensure Clinicians and Administrators have immediate access to any help they might need.
